As a first time mum the number of choices you have to make regarding your baby are immense. I didn't give feeding choices a thought when pregnant past whether to breastfeed or not. So on hearing of Baby Led Weaning and wanting to know more before starting the process this book was everything I needed. Easy to read and great sound common sense without being too complicated or patronising. I feel it has given me the confidence and knowledge I needed to start and to handle the raised eyebrows of the Grandmothers and everyone else. My Husband is now halfway through the book and it shall be a prerequisite for the grandparents should they wish to feed my son. My son is 27 weeks and 3 weeks into BLW and today he enjoyed the delights of mozzerella cheese!

What an excellent book! I was really worried about weaning as I really didn't know where to start but this book has made the whole process a lot easier. I'd highly recommend it.

Really useful, makes perfect sense!!! Excellent, detailed explanation of baby led weaning. Quickly read, though boring novel style print (lack of entertaining layout).

I really like this book and am following it's ethos. It just makes sense to me and so far (two weeks in) is working very well - our baby is happy and feeding himself. It is messy though.

Great book! Started weaning my daughter using this method, I've not found 1 thing she won't try. The book helped to reasure me that I was doing it right. Would recommend to anyone!
